I give all thanks to God for He is my strength. I am a certified health coach, mom, have a man in my life Mr. Torino who is my #1 fan. I am an artist and musician. With so many passions I was never really on top of things because of my weight. I was about 168 lbs. overweight at 5'10". I can talk about it now because I am nearing my goal. I didn't want to be the "pretty overweight girl".
Guys and gals!!! I have done it all!!!! Why am I sharing this story with the world? Because I want to guide others and coach them to their own success!!!!!
To paint a little picture: I couldn't sleep well at nights, my joints were aching most of the time, I would have asthma flare ups and it was ALL GETTING WORSE!!! Are you or do you know of anyone who is experiencing these symptoms due to being overweight?
When I found Take Shape For Life I was actually going to have gastric bypass. What?? you say? Well, my surgeon CANCELLED surgery after 3 months of proving that I could lose the weight!!!! I had became a part of TSFL as a client and had lost 12lbs. my first week. I thought to myself that this program would work! In my first 3 months I had lost a whopping 60lbs. I became an advocate for health and weight loss and moved quickly in a career in weight management. I became a certified health coach because I believe in the power of the mindset and the overall benefits of the program. I have to thank my advisor - coach Linda Graff and her husband Bradd for taking me under their wings and making my dream NOW a living dream and I can forward my career and life to greater heights!!!
